Who We Are

Naboom Dierebeskerming is a registered non-profit organisation dedicated to protecting and improving the lives of animals in our community.


All our work is made possible through donations, fundraising initiatives, and community support.

We focus on practical, long-term solutions that reduce suffering — not just short-term fixes.

What We Do

Sterilisation & Population Control

Uncontrolled breeding leads to overpopulation, abandonment, neglect, and unnecessary suffering.

We prioritise mass and individual sterilisation of cats and dogs to prevent unwanted litters and reduce the number of animals ending up on the streets or in crisis situations.

Lost & Found Reunification

Whenever possible, our goal is to reunite lost animals with their owners. Reunification keeps families together and reduces the pressure on shelters, foster homes, and limited resources.

Rescue, Foster & Rehabilitation

We rescue animals in need, place them in temporary foster care, and support their rehabilitation and recovery.

While we do facilitate adoptions, rehoming is not our primary focus — our priority is stabilising animals and finding the best long-term outcome for each case..
